The organisation was founded in 2003 and is located in a 3,000m² facility in the town of La Garriga (Barcelona).
In line with its commitment to customer service and adapting to new market trends, SUNBOX management wishes to promote the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System, which will be a key factor in the success and consolidation of the organisation, and which will enable it to identify and meet the requirements of customers and all interested parties.

Promote continuous improvement in the Quality Management System by analysing the results of the analysis and evaluation of process performance.
Identify and determine the risks and opportunities related to the internal and external context of the organisation, and take appropriate action to address them.
Promote training and make the organisation aware of the training available to employees, taking into account their needs and promoting their awareness of and involvement in the Quality System.
